About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join as Lead – Graphics Design, Social Media. This role blends design expertise with social media strategy, requiring strong visual storytelling skills and leadership to deliver engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize campaigns, manage designers, and ensure brand consistency while keeping content fresh and trend-driven.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality creatives for social media campaigns, advertisements, and digital promotions.
- Create visually appealing posts, infographics, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative layouts and ensure consistency in design language across platforms.
- Oversee visual identity, ensuring creativity without compromising brand tone.
Social Media Integration:
- Plan and execute design-led social media campaigns in collaboration with content and marketing teams.
- Create engaging graphics, reels covers, thumbnails, and visuals tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support social media team with design elements for both organic and paid campaigns.
Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers and social media executives.
- Manage creative workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and marketing strategists to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative visual ideas to the table.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, trends, and platform-specific formats.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead projects effectively.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring creative teams.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in motion graphics and short-form video design.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and performance-driven creatives.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Exposure to UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
