About the Role
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media professional to join as Lead/Manager. The role involves owning the entire social media strategy, managing brand presence across platforms, and leading campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions. You will be responsible for leading a small team, conceptualizing campaigns, and ensuring content aligns with brand goals and audience expectations.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan monthly calendars with campaigns, creatives, and content themes.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Content & Campaign Management:
- Oversee creation of engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to deliver brand-aligned content.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads support) to achieve marketing objectives.
Analytics & Growth:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
- Optimize campaigns and content strategies based on insights.
- Manage community interactions—comments, DMs, brand mentions, and customer engagement.
Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives and interns.
- Ensure consistency of tone, design, and messaging across platforms.
- Align social media efforts with broader marketing and sales goals.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, community building, and online branding.
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of running paid ad campaigns and performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- For Manager level: proven leadership experience in handling a team and scaling social media strategies.

- Hands-on expertise in SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing.
