About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, user psychology, and technical understanding to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver designs that enhance usability and elevate brand aesthetics.
Responsibilities
User Experience & Research:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize design solutions.
- Identify pain points and recommend design improvements for better usability.
User Interface Design:
- Design responsive, modern, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop prototypes and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work with product managers to align designs with business goals and user needs.
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on design trends, UI patterns, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
