We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including dissatisfaction, early termination, or unused services.

4. No Exchanges or Substitutions

We do not offer substitutions, adjustments, or exchanges for any part of our services once a scope has been agreed upon and payment has been made. Requests to swap services, deliverables, or reallocate budgets will not be entertained once work has begun.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, where the fault is verifiably ours (e.g. service not delivered as per agreement), we may, at our sole discretion, choose to offer a resolution such as a service correction or extended support. However, this shall not be considered a waiver of this no-refund policy.

6. Termination by Digital Go Where

We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing project or engagement if a client breaches our terms, engages in unethical conduct, or becomes uncooperative. In such cases, all paid fees remain non-refundable.

7. Software Subscription: BoostUp

In addition to our service offerings, Digital Go Where provides access to a proprietary software tool—BoostUp—available on a monthly subscription basis.

8. Policy Acceptance
